This Stunning Beachfront 2 Story Duplex is located on the Pedestrian Beach which means there are no cars on the beach, roads or obstructions between the house and the beach. The Island Oasis offers 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, and a queen sleeper sofa with beautiful a seaside decor and stunning ocean views. The expansive deck provides direct access to the beach from the boardwalk as well as a shaded area with a picnic table to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. This listing is for the bottom unit.  I live about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. I am always available by phone if you need me.  There is Wifi and cable TV. I have not listed these as amenities because, although working almost all of the time, strong winds and nasty storms can knock these out from time to time. Please make sure you bring bottled water and ice because the city water tastes terrible. I recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent as well. If you need groceries, you can pick them up in Lake Jackson.  If you would like to drive on the beach or park near the beach, you will need a beach pass. If so, please stop by Valero gas station on the island to get your beach pass.
